Privacy Statement

All material received from Ambassadors and schools by the AEF is accepted on the understanding that such material will be used:

• in administering the project; and
• for the purposes of informing the Department of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations and the public about the outcomes of the project.

All information collected or created will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, which prevents personal information from being disclosed without appropriate consent, unless disclosure is required or authorised by law.

The AEF may publish the names, schools and businesses of project participants for promotion and publicity purposes.
